Michael Atkins' experience includes 35 years of executive real estate investments, specializing in commercial real estate.
Michael is a full-time CEO and Broker with a focus on Commercial and Residential Investment Real Estate, assisting high-net-worth individuals, families, companies, and governments in transitioning real estate assets.
His career in Real Estate began in Virginia in the 1980s, when he acquired and renovated real estate in Northern Virginia. In 2013, after selling his technology company, Michael joined RE/MAX, where he provided commercial real estate services, including consulting, selling, purchasing, leasing, financing, land development, banks, shopping centers, data centers, construction, warehouse, retail, hotels, restaurants, hospital, manufacturing, luxury, and government. He was in the top five Washington metropolitan commercial real estate professionals for two years in a row.
In 2019, both daughters lived in Florida, and he purchased a rental property in West Palm Beach. Michael expanded Amaxven Real Estate from Virginia to Florida, where he obtained his Florida Brokerage license and started Amaxven Real Estate Brokerage Company of Florida while maintaining an Associate Broker relationship with Horizon Real Estate Virginia. After closing several commercial development properties in 2021, COVID restrictions stopped Florida-Virginia travel, and Michael moved his operations to Hobe Sound, Florida. Michael also attained the following Real Estate designations to better serve his clients.
